Carlis is passionate about supporting the emergence of healthy dynamic communities. She aims to help organisations to be places where people from all backgrounds and abilities have opportunities for discovering and making their unique contributions. She helps organisations increase their capacity for effective communication and connections across major differences and for growing cultures that are mutually empowering for people from differing backgrounds and abilities. Carlis looks for innovative and creative ways for engaging individuals and organisations in interrupting the factors that produce exclusion and that undermine individual and organisational performance. Her practice as a facilitator of organisational learning and change is informed by research and study up to PhD level.
